Redressal Mechanism

The Veteran/Nok/Dependent needs to go to nearest Esm Cell/Stn HQ for redressal of grievance along with required documents.

Ø       

The Esm Cell/Stn HQ will fill in the required details of the Veteran/Nok/Dependent to register the member on web portal. Please click on the links (PDF files) at the bottom of the page to view the information that would be asked at the time of registration by the Esm Cells.

Ø       

The Veteran/Nok/Dependent will receive the log in ID & password through SMS/E-Mail alert for future access on the web portal.

Ø       

The Esm Cell/Stn HQ will forward the grievance to the concerned section. To choose the correct redressal agency before submitting the grievance, kindly see the role and tasks of the concerned redressal agency.

Ø       

The Veteran/Nok/Dependent receives the Complaint Registration Number for future reference through SMS/E-Mail alert.

Ø       

The Veteran/Nok/Dependent will log in through login ID & password as received earlier to check the status of grievance.

Ø       

If Veteran/Nok/Dependent is satisfied with the reply as forwarded by the redressal agency, he/she will close the grievance or the same will get closed automatically after 30 days.

Ø       

The registered Veteran/Nok/Dependent can forward grievances without visiting the Esm Cell/Stn HQ. After due vetting by the Esm Cell/Stn HQ before forwarding the same to redressal agency.
