ENTREPRENEURSHIP TRAINING

I Create India (a not-for-profit org), under an MOU with Directorate of Indian Army Veterans (DIAV), Adjutant General’s Branch, has been conducting Entrepreneurship Training for prospective IA retirees at selected Regimental Centres since 2018. The training involves orientation, entrepreneurship training, mentoring & hand holding till the time the veteran’s business reaches stability. Overall feedback on the relevance & conduct of the entrepreneurship training has been very encouraging. Since inception, out of the total of 3974 prospective retirees, who have undergone the said training, 467 have already established themselves as a successful entrepreneur, whereas 106 ESMs are presently under mentoring phase. Currently, I-Create is regularly running five days entrepreneurship workshop at nine Regimental Centres (RCs).
